It was in a stunning location close enough to La Ropa beach, and all other restaurants onsite.

A huge variety of amazing and delicious breakfast options. Renovated building, phenomenal and exceptional location just off 3 different areas, and the beach or poolside. Also, excellent in the resturant overlooking the ocean.

I had relaxing stay, the place is nicely decorated!
The hotel was clean with stunning and favourable location down to incredible beach and brand-new rooms. I was here for 10 nights and ate at lobby restaurant for lunch. Location: the property was right by Las Brisas for Christmas break with family and the local buses that regularly pick up and drop off passengers on the main drag and the resturant overlooking the ocean.

Las brisas ixtapa is a gem! The private beach is fine, with plenty of palapas, and the beach staff are super friendly. We loved the romantic dinner at brisas ii with its beautiful setting. Our room was clean, with a fantastic view, and the whale watching in the afternoon was lovely.

The hotel is located directly by the sea, with its own sandy beach. The restaurants were very good, the entire staff spoke English. If you go to the beach early - at the right time of year - there newly hatched sea turtles. The hotel is very environmentally friendly

Surprised in the best way!
The fine views from the 20th-floor room were nothing short of lovely. The private beach was a dream, with no vendors disrupting the tranquility. We enjoyed excellent food and attentive service, especially at the specialty restaurants. The bike tours and wellness activities added a unique touch to our stay. Can't wait to return!

The location and beach are fantastic. The beach service staff is good. Food at pool restaurant was good.
Long, slow check in and check out. Spent our afternoons trying to get things fixed--ie; internet never worked in room, maid had not cleaned room by 5 p.m. even though we were out all day, staff was untrained and could not answer simple questions. Had tried to do express check out only to learn that it does not work. Manager was very unhelpful. Food at Brisas II was not good, and basically inedible for 2/4 of us. The hotel seems tired.

The beach was lovely, no one selling stuff. The buffet breakfast was awesome. Many restaurants to choose from. Swimming pools were beautiful setting.
Read the small print, didn't see that vat not included, 20% adds up. Housekeeping needs to clean under beds, under coffeemaker baskets, chairs, etc. Rooms are smaller than the pictures.

Amazing private beach with beautiful views!
The air conditioning in our room didn't cool enough, leaving us restless at night. We also faced issues with room service. Only two warm bottles of water were provided daily, and we had to continually ask for more. The long distances between our room and amenities were tiring.

Beautifully decorated and first-rate hotel in Ixtapa with amazingly helpful staff who always provided the best service ever. Lovely restaurant for lunch.

The design of this hotel is fantastic, unfortunately it has not been modernized to today's standarts. All rooms have sea view with a great terrace.
Service is poor in all areas. The food is terrible, not even breakfast is good. The pool is far aways from the beach, and it is supposed to have a view of the ocean, but plants have grown, and you have an eclosed feeling in the pool. The beach is dangerous for small children, because of big waves and undertows.
